This page lets you permanently delete your VeeFive account and personal data.
You can delete your account and personal data in two ways: directly below on
this page, or from inside the VeeFive app (Settings → Cloud sign-in →
Delete account). Both do exactly the same thing.
What gets deleted
Your account — email address and password.
All of your active sign-in sessions.
Your profile and every vehicle you saved, including their MOT, tax, recall and service records.
Your personal details are removed from any service bookings you made with a dealer.
What is kept, and for how long
After your personal details are removed from a dealer booking, the dealer
keeps only a non-personal record that a booking happened (no name, email or
registration) for their own lawful business records.
General vehicle facts looked up by number plate are stored without any link
to you — they contain no personal identifier — and may be retained so the
same car can be looked up again later.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep your personal data after
erasure, and the action cannot be undone.

Need help, or can't sign in?
If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@veefive.com
from the address on your account and we will verify and delete your account and
personal data on your behalf.
